Agreement
By placing an order on https://furframe.pet, you agree to these Terms with Furframe. Questions: hello@furframe.pet.
Custom goods
Furframe products are personalized from the photo and options you select. Because each physical piece is made to order after proof approval, orders are generally not cancellable once production has started, and we do not offer “changed my mind” returns on custom goods.
Your photo rights
You confirm you have the right to use the uploaded photo (for example, you took it or have permission from the owner). You grant us a limited license to use that photo solely to fulfill your order, including proofing and printing.
Proofs
For physical products, we provide a proof before production. Approving the proof means you accept the composition and styling shown. Digital Instant Portrait does not require a print proof.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and locked from our server-side catalog at checkout. Shipping is calculated as described on the Shipping page. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Damage remake (30 days)
If a physical piece arrives damaged, email hello@furframe.pet within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will remake the item when the damage is covered under this policy. This remake window does not cover normal wear after use, misuse, or issues introduced after delivery.
Digital products
Instant Portrait is delivered as a digital file. Once the file has been made available, it is not refundable except where required by law or when we fail to deliver the promised file.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furframe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
