Who we are

Pet photos

When you upload a photo, we use it only to create and fulfill the order you placed — styling the portrait, generating a proof, printing (when applicable), and delivering a digital file. We do not sell pet photos. We do not use your uploads as public marketing without a separate written permission from you.

After fulfillment, you may email hello@furframe.pet to request that an upload be deleted from our active systems. We may retain order records (without the image file when deletion is requested) as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Orders and payments

Checkout collects the information needed to process payment and ship physical goods: name, email, shipping address (when required), and order details. Card data is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Processors we rely on

We use service providers to run the store — for example payment processing (Stripe), hosting, email delivery, and print partners for physical goods. They receive only what is required to perform their role.

Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies for checkout and session integrity. If we add optional analytics, we will update this page. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
